Just kidding. I’m just piggybacking on the earlier thread of coming in to try on clothes and then buying it on-line. Maybe my humor isn’t so humorous…
My local Kroger store puts it on clearence for $.19 once a year (Gu and Powergel) I buy a bunch of boxes and it holds me over for almost a year. I do not think the stuff can really expire. I have to be the only guy in this town of 12,000 rednecks that even knows what the stuff is for. (by the way the clearence section is a table set up in front of the beer cooler)

I find that tri-zone.com usually has cheaper prices than performance’s best sale prices. 
I’ve been buying from them consistently for the past 5 years and have never had a late or bad shipment. My favorite place for getting my Gus.

It tells me there is a built in discount for the gas factor of Hammer gel. I can eat any gel out there and be cool. But 1 Hammer gel and my wife will not let me in the house after a ride. My poor friend had to ride back from the death ride near Tahoe back to the bay area. I thought he was going to get out and call a cab.
What is in that stuff?

check ebay - look under - energy gel. sometimes a good price. sometimes you can find a lead to local store under - buy it now.
