Is possible to change the cassette body on a hub from Campy to Shimano?
I’ve got a chance to get a really good deal from a friend of mine on a rear wheel. Only problem is that he runs Campy and I don’t. Any chance I can still take advantage?
yes, but the deal you got on the wheel will not look so good after you get done paying for the change.
Since I can save $300 on the wheel, I’m thinking it might still look good.

It depends on the hub manufacturer, get ready to spend $80-100.
American classic has a conversion cassette that allows you to run a shimano setup on a campy hub but I have not heard of one that works for your senario.
