As much as possible is being absorbed while it passes through your system.
so maybe cut back to just one? The instructions say two so thats what I’ve been doing. Duh, okay, as I think about it a little more, maybe one in the am and one in the pm.
Jack - it means I stand out in the pool as being ‘that guy’. Fortunatly theres hardly anyone around 
Fortunatly I’m done with pool swims in about 5 weeks and back into the lake. woo-hoo!
