I’ve been breaking in a new Trek 1200 road bike the past 2 weeks or so… 6-7 rides and total distance is about 100 miles, the seat (logo says CRX relief zone and came with the bike) is still to hard… I often need to stop pedalling 2 coast and readjust

Try a QR or Desoto neopreme seat cover ( about $20). If that doesn’t do it you’ll need a new saddle. Original equipement saddles are usually not so great and finding the saddle that works for you takes some looking and testing. One problem is that you have to buy these saddles only to find out that the new one is just as bad as the old one. Another thing is positon. Make sure that you are positioned properly. That could be the problem.
Check out EBay for saddles. Just like you, not everyone knows what saddle they want, so you’ll find some decent, fairly new saddles on there pretty cheap. …or if you buy saddles you don’t like, you can sell them there, too.
