No worries cerveloguy, there are enough slowtwitchers that read that forum to know it wasn’t you. I’d take it as a compliment, obviously this guy needed a handle that was trusted and well-known, the ol’ wolf in sheep’s clothing bit. It must mean you’re both famous and trusted.
And to all the grammar police that have gotten there (I mean their) underwear all bunched up because I used “you’re” instead of “your” in the original title, I can only plead that I did so to get people to notice this thread- I was just trying to get some shock factor in their (I mean there), you know ala Janet. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. I’m really not a dope - all of the time.
Not that it seemed like something you would do, but my mind leapt at the possiblities.

Ok, so what handle did you use on TNO? Were you the guy that put his wetsuit on inside out or were you the one asking how to break 15 min/mile on the run?

Seeing that the fake cerveloguy only has a few posts and he is posting spam on the trinewbies forum I’m sure you can get that handle for yourself if you contact the TNO forum admin. Even if you don’t want to post there you would be protecting your name.

No but I did almost do that once scuba diving. I did put my speedo on inside out underneath a wetsuit. Ran the whole race that way. Fortunately it was all black without one of those white liners so you couldn’t really notice unless you looked closely. My wife and everybody else in out tri club seemed to notice, so I was the chuckle of the day. But I did get a podium place that day, so maybe I should do it more often. Seems to have made me faster.
But I didn’t post about it on tri-newbies.
