You would get a current model year frame as a replacement. Cervelo doesn’t stock old frames. Paint isn’t covered by the warranty so if you like the frame I would suggest getting it repainted. Technically it voids the warranty unless you have it done by Hot Tubes but I’ve used someone else with good results and a much faster turn around time. Maybe call Cervelo to find teh official answer about not using Hot Tubes as a painter.
