Dont get me started on Orbea’s warranty claims of late 
The spanish economy must really be in the toilet because Orbea is burning bridges with loyal customers all over the world…and Im not even counting Crowie! 
When my R2.5 broke I was offered an R3 as replacement or SLC for $400. I opted to pay the $400 for a frame worth a lot more. I thought it was fantastic that they offered me that as an option because I can’t see it being cost beneficial to them but it did make me dedicated to the brand long term so that has to count for something.
