Cervelo Warranties?

What are the warranties on Cervelos? What will the warranties be on the new 2.5? I can’t find any information the Cervelo site…

Anyone had any experience with returning defective frames?

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but I hope it helps.

Other than Ohio State the football season has been a total failure, lets hope the hockey team can make us proud.

Go Bucky!!!

had an experience with trying to return a defective seatpost head. it was pointed out by cervelo to me that although my frame was warrantied for 4 years, “components”, to which category my cervelo-made seatpost head belonged, was only covered for 1 year (my bike is already 3 years old). i don’t know what else is classified under “components” or if there are are other provisions in fine print regarding cervelo warranties. i would suggest that you ask your dealer to provide you with an actual document so that if anything goes wrong you can make the proper claim. by the way, cervelo has also informed me that they have since upgraded warranties to lifetime–but again “components” are not included.

That doesn’t sound good when you’re asking about the frame warranty on your P3. As I recall, you bought the bike about 6 months ago. What’s up with it?

All 2004 frames from the One all the way to the R2.5 have a limited lifetime warranty.
