They appear to be Catlike Whisper models…I believe Catlikes were not CPSC certified previously. Any word on if they are going to make a comeback into the US with a CPSC-compliant model?

Catlike is a sponsor of the Cervelo Test Team, so I’m guessing they probably were Whispers.
The Whisper meets the European safety standard EN 1078. The Whisper does not meet CPSC standards. However, to the best of my knowledge, U.S. Cycling has added the European helmet standard to its approved list.
I have not heard anything about Catlike becoming CPSC certified (doesn’t mean they are or aren’t, I just haven’t heard). Personally I wish they would because from everything I’ve heard they are a great helmet.
I agree I have bought a White Catlike Whisper helmet & take it to Europe & the U.S. However you just need to be aware of the regulations in the U.S. CPSC Standards
Best helmet I’ve ever owned so comfortable, light & keeps you super cool with all of those 39 Air holes, looks great too…!
