Does anyone know if the top tube on the Soloist is measured center to center? From the web site it looks like it’s measured from the center of the head tube to the back end of the seat tube (or to a vertical line from that point anyway). If that’s true, any idea how much that adds relative to a c-c measurement? Just wanted to be sure. Thanks.
