Great, now I have drool in my keyboard. The IT guysw are gonna hate that.
super light cshit
.
What is this gonna cost, your first born? I bet at least $4K. I have to admit, its sweet!

I have to change my jeans.
Just buy the frameset and build it up off ebay… Its a lot cheaper that way.
Can’t wait till i have to buy a good road bike
Grant
I agree but I’m guessing 4K for just the frame, ouch. What am I going to tell my wife?

that you could be spending it on drugs and alcohol… well that works for my parents don’t know how that will work for a wife
Grant
I see that Frank Schleck is riding this in the tour, & I think Basso was going to ride it as well. Where did you get this pic, & is there any info released about it??
“What am I going to tell my wife?”
I want a divorce.
A little perspective can go a long way.

How about this: Honey, bikes are only safe to ride for about 2 seasons or 10,000 miles, which ever comes first. Now the new Cervelo SLC-SL (SL for Super Longlife) is rated up to 4 years or 25,000 miles.

But then you’re fucking yourself for next four years. You know Cervelo will come out with some new shit next year, and the year after that, and…
I basically put it to my wife like this: “I’m buying a new bike. Either say ‘ok, cool’ or we’ll get a divorce.” I pretty much figure that I’ll get the bike either way:)

Well, I would presume that if you spent $4k on a frame you would tell your wife you were going to pick up your custom built, custom painted frame that fit you like a latex glove…oh, but you wouldnt have a Cervelo.
ok, when do we get to know more about it? 2007 model?
Basso was training on the bike so did he intend to ride it in the TdF?
Gerard???
I am ignoring this photo, because my first Cervelo cost me a kitchen, and the second one cost me a month of conversation. A third will cost me half of everything “We” own.
F&)&^ing hot bike!
There is no point to this bike. The regular carbon soloist can already easily be built to the UCI limit with pretty standard parts. There is no way for the team to capitalize on the reduced weight of this bike. It will mostly sell to posers with a lot of cash (Note to self: this is a good business model).
Zabriskie is riding one.
