I won’t be taking my SLC frame to the local dealer for reasons that I just can’t even bring myself to type. I do, however, have a great LBS locally who is a really good mechanic and does not sell Cervelo. Anything special about building the SLC frame that a non-Cervelo dealer should be aware of before I take it in?

Well … I think you know all about the Wolf fork details
Perhaps buy them some beers for the patience/cursing that is sure to come from the internal cable routing! I’ve gotten pretty good at it after doing it 4 times now
Only issue that I can remember is that I need one small washer/spacer for the front brake to clear the fork.
How did you resolve the internal cabling? Patience and commitment?
LOL! Well, I’ve got it down now:
- Do on a taper day or after a race
- Have 1-2 beers
- Put on work stand
- Lay on back with small flashlight in mouth
- Take a coat hanger and bend end into small hook around a screwdriver
- Shove entire cable into downtube/toptube (it will coil in there)
- use coat hanger hook to grab one of the loops and pull out
- Carry on
- Have beer #2-3
