Switched out the fork on my Cervelo Soloist DA Team. This is not the clunky Wolf fork that some of them came with. Mine is the top level soloist with the high end carbon fork. The fork is all carbon, carbon steerer and legs. It is crazy light! I lift it with my pinky easily. It also has the weaved carbon look throughout. I have pics at your request. No crashes, dents dings. This thing is in like new condition.
The steerer is cut to 6 and 1/16 ". It is made for 700c wheels.
