Just get the aero bottle as close to the BB as possible on either the seat tube or down tube. Yes the P2C only has bottle bosses on the down tube but you should be able to drill some new holes in the carbon holder and get the bottle snugged up tight to the BB as possible. Was not paying attention to the P2C only having them on the down tube. For some reason I thought that the P2C had them on the seat tube and only the P3C had them on the downtube.
The principle is the same. Aero bottle snugged up as close to the BB as possible and a cage mounted to your aerobars if possible.

If it is hard to reach then I would just leave it there as the last thing you want to do is have to overreach to get the bottle out of the holder. I never had a problem reaching my bottles that low but maybe I have longer arms or something. Also I never used my for anything other than my special solution which means I do not have to reach for it very often.
