Cervelo Duel seat level adjustment

I have a Cervelo Duel. When I originally got it I had it set up with the seatpost set back for road riding. I decided this past week to have it reversed for tri riding. My LBS, which is very good, had an incredibly difficult time getting the seat level as the 2 screws that counterbalance each other are aluminum and screw into an aluminum housing. The one screw is a designed to be turned by hand (although my fingers can’t get in there and neither can most of the mechanics in the LBS). The seat is a Selle San Marco Azoto Triathlon seat. It seems now in order to get the seat correctly level, I will need to get another seat post and screws. Has anyone else had this problem? While I am very happy with the Cervelo and its design in general, this seat leveling design is not the best.

I never had any serious problems with the mechanism but it does require some fiddling.

A friend of mine has a Soloist and just uses two setups on two different seat posts. A bit of a cash outlay but saves a lot of time.
