I emailed ceverlo wanting acouple questoins answered pretaining to to the p3c. I recieved an email stating they could not answer emails because of the large amount of emails they recieve. They sent me answers for the questions most asked. My questions were not on the reply. So I turned to slowtwitch hoping someone could answer the questions. Next morning there was an email from cervelo answering the questions. Someone is looking at the emails at cervelo. It is nice to know when you buy a product there is support.
