My BB is a little stiff. So before next race I was considering Ceramic BB? Is it worth the added cost? I dont care about the maintenance as I am always cleaning and lubing items before rides.

Worth it? Don’t know, if you considerer even the tiniest upgrage to be worth a lot of money, it may be worth it. If you are on a budget, even a pretty large one, my guess is going with the standard DA unit and using the extra money somewhere else would be a better choice. But thats doesn’t mean much with out knowing what you are currently riding.
