yeah the bottem set is stuff i did for a local ballet studio that my sister dances at. the owner wanted to see stuff on a website, so thats why that was up.

It is good to see a look of pain on Shannon’s face 
Wish I could say I caused it! Been having a blast racing him again this year. He really has my number on the run! I guess that is good it keeps me motivated. Ashley went by at about 4k and was flying. He looks like a machine in that picture. Those two old guys have hurt my ego so much that I’m going to race the international this Sunday. Don’t know if I can make it 10k running but we shall find out. Come to think of it a hard hour on the bike my be a stretch too 
My personal favorite is Cheryl and her Taz helmet. I about went nuts the first time she showed me that. She is quit the amazing athlete.

I had a terrible race there - glad you got photo evidence that I can run like a pro holding the seat though!
yeah that is joe, i was shooting the people i knew, and was not sure if he was on here or not.
before you can “run like a pro” you need to work on getting those shoes clipped in before you start running;-)
