We had a great weekend at CDA working in the Trigger Point booth, meeting some old and new ST friends, cheering on our crew, drinking a beer while eating a Hudson’s cheesburger and getting great pictures at the finish line tent (almost the best part…)

The best part was getting a smile out of Michael Lovato as he ran by and I yelled “go weiner britches!”

Nice photos, it looks like you had fun! Were you motivated to race again or glad to be on the sidelines this year? You and Margaret both look cute in those pics, can I convince you both to model for my web site? Please!!! I suck at it. Don’t think about it, just say yes!

AND CONGRATULATIONS RAMBO! I should have made you a RAMBO visor so you could intimidate people. Or you and Glyn need matching hats or tees that say “RAMBO” and “ENGLISH MUFFIN” tee hee! You both crack me up.
