I’m not a doctor, but have had plenty of experience with medical problems that caused low platelet count. My platelet counts have historically been low, 80-90k, due to enlarged spleen and medications that decrease platelet count. I’ve done 10 ironman races during this time, never had an energy issue. 176k sounds perfectly normal and not sure why you think this may be the cause of decreased energy. Lucky for me, change up of medication recently have brought my count closer to 130k, which I’m ecstatic about, but have not seen any increase in energy from when they were 80k to now that they are 130k.

Nothing in the OP really makes any sense medically…
A low platelet count is consistent with Ebola. You’re welcome.
