Hey guys in an effort to raise as much money for research at the Children’s Tumor Foundation I shall leave no stone unturned including slowtwitch!

I am doing Ironman Florida next November (my first Iron Distance) in an effort to help raise money and awareness for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Anyone that can help my cause at all it would be much appreciated.
