Caught on Camera: Obamacare Architect Admits Deceiving Americans to Pass Law

I guess this pretty much speaks for itself…

I guess this pretty much speaks for itself…

Well, ACA was only voted for by Democrats so who are the stupid voters he is talking about?

“I’d rather have this law then die.”? What? It’s this kind of thing that runs you down the road of “Then ends justifies the means”. IOW “I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure I get my way” is what that entire video boils down to. Sadly a mentality held by WAY to many people and way to many politicians.

Based on the recent election maybe they weren’t as stupid as he thinks once they found out they were lied to.

We needed to pass it to know what was in it.

Duh.

I noticed he’s from MIT . . . and yes he was also part of the team that designed and sold Romney Care in Mass.

I’m petty sure by “stupid voters” he’s NOT suggesting that the voters are too stupid to see through the lies. He’s saying the voters are too stupid to know that the truth is “good for them”.

His idea for health care is so good and so brilliant the general public just isn’t sophisticated enough to realize it. They had to lie to sell it to DEOMCRATS.

The rest not only saw through the lie and knew the truth, we also knew it sucked. This makes us smarter than an economics professor from MIT.

The real dummies here are those who created this mess and rammed it down our throats.

I hope they suffer the most.

There’s nothing really complicated here and quite frankly they should have just sold as is. If a large enough group of people felt that paying more for health care was worth some people not having coverage then a bill would have passed to make that happen. “This bill was written in a tortured way” basically created a tortured bill that screws more up then it fixes by a massive margin.

As I stated from the start the “Great accomplishments” of the ACA could have been accomplished with two bills. Make pre-existing conditions illegal and expand medicaid to cover a larger group. The banning of pre-existing conditions will raise your insurance premiums and the expansion of medicaid would have raised your taxes. Everything else could have been left alone. No, instead the screwed the pooch on the entire system causing massive chaos and I can only believe making the rising costs of premiums even worse, if for no other reason then introducing a whole hell of a lot of uncertainty into the market.

Honestly I believe this would have passed, I still would not have agreed with it but it would have passed.

I think that you’re assigning way too much intellectual dishonesty to the elitist, central planner mentality. Their position is not that they’re deceptively selling YOU (the hoi polloi) a pile of crap, but that THEY (the scholarly elites) are the ones that are selling it to you; so you shouldn’t care that it’s a pile of crap. You see, THEY are smart … and YOU are dumb. That’s why THEY are in charge of irresponsible, unsustainable, central planny type things, and you’re merely in charge of living a viable, sustainable existence for yourself and those to whom you’re responsible.

At least the guy is honest.

Damn. Someone with a political agenda LIED to get it passed. Imagine that. Wow! Unthinkable. That must have been the first and only time that has occurred.

People like him, the President and all of his kind have far more than a political agenda. Politics is just the vehicle.

I would give a large sum of money for the opportunity to walk up and kick him right in the balls.

How much $$$ we talking about here?

“This is the most transparent administration in history,” Obama said during a Google Plus “Fireside” Hangout.

In other news, it turns out that most of the media ( the 27 of 35 left of center) have the same take as Lorenzo…not a story.

If we lived in the world of the purge, he would probably be dead now.

There are now 4 different videos showing him staying this stuff.

Meanwhile, the none of the networks are covering it, just Fox News.

Sins of omission. All the old folks at the town halls were right, only the lies were not for them it was for the low information voters.

I mean, he is a run of the mill technocrat, a mastermind. Democrats, in general, support such thinking. Republicans to, but they tend to push scare tactics like bid bad men in caves are going to kill you if you do not submit to our authority, etc. For liberals and democrats to push a utopian society, they usually have to invoke complex theories and explanations that do not sell well because the simple explanation would allow the masses to figure out the scam , so they lie or call you names that liken you to a Nazi like climate change denier, health care denier, science denier, etc.

This guy is just pointing out a fact. I’ll paraphrase. Obamacare is just another welfare program that that provides to those with out means by those with means. You think middle class people would have supported it if they knew that they would be paying more now? That they could keep their doctors? Or that cost wouldn’t be less than 2,500 or whatever the liar in chief said?

Don’t you mean “do sell well?” Or at least better than the simple explanation?
