Castelli free tri kit?

How many of you out there have tried out this kit? Is the Sizing normal to other kits? How has it held up on the training? Really like the castelli road stuff and this tri kit has intrigued me.

I haven’t tried that kit but my experience with everything Castelli I have is that it runs super small. I wear a medium in most kits and HAVE to have a large in Castelli.

Agree… just picked up a new road kit for tri team and I needed a L jersey, usually wear small or medium in other brands! Bibs a little closer to consistent size for me.

Yea I can wear the medium or large bib shorts. Jersey def a large. Wanted to go one piece just don’t think my long skinny body will work with a one piece.

They’re excellent, great fit. Not the fastest in the water - I tested against my old Orca kit - but for most races you’ll be using a Wetsuit or SwimSkin anyway but feels fast on the bike and very comfertable.

As for sizing, go with your normal Castelli Size, I’m a Small in them at 172cm and 63kg, expect it to be a close fit but its made to be like that.

Just received the 1 piece tri kit from my team yesterday. I am 5’10.5" 145lbs, and I am in the small. It is a very fitted kit, but that is what I want and need for the bike leg. I had a medium top last year in the 2 piece version and the shoulders opened up some while I was in aero. I tested out the small 1 piece today and it fits much nicer along the shoulders.

I also wear a small team jersey and small bibs, for a reference to their road gear.

I’ll try anything that’s free.
