Hah. Yes, but it’s irrelevant. My presumption is there is corruption. I was expecting to see more. Not at best case procedural violation relating to internal organizational support decisions made outside of meetings.
If all I’m reading here is accurate, what was said off the record could just have easily been said on the record and its a nothing burger. You can say there are more problems and no doubt there are.
But they could just have said publicly, “we support X for president, but still want you in the board if you’d be willing to step down.”
If there’s evidence of money being traded, let’s see it.
