Are they like Twinkies and never go bad?
I was in the exact same position two weeks ago. I had a bottle of the stuff that I used to use for carboloading before marathons that I came across when cleaning out the pantry. I ended up tossing it on the theory that it’s not so expensive that I want to risk screwing up a race because of bad CarboPro. On the other hand, as I was tossing it I was trying to figure out exactly how a fluid containing every simple and complex sugar dissolved in water could go bad. I never came up with any reasons, other than the (minimal) risk something could go bad and screw me up.
