So I am in the market for a new wheelset and I was looking around for either 50 or 60mm depth carbon / alloy… Not a FULL TIME TRI GUY but want to make an upgrade to my current bike set up…Does the OLD SAYING …you get for what you paid for comes into place when buying from places like Aliexpress, Ebay and VeloBuild >??? my budget is around $350.00—$400.00

If you are buying new cheap chinese carbon wheels, yes the saying holds true.

Find a nice used set of Zipp, HED, Flo, Mavic, Roval, etc. in that price range
