Looking for final thoughts and advice for getting my fit dialed in on my Cannondale Slice (60cm, Stack = 57.2cm and Reach = 42.5cm). The following are my fit coordinates based upon a fit session a year ago on a fit bike (prior to deciding to go with the Slice), which used 172.5mm crank length and the same saddle (ISM Adamo Race):
Saddle Height: 81.5cm
Saddle Setback: -2cm (80* Seat Angle); or -3cm (79* Seat Angle)
Saddle-To-Pads: 49.5cm
Drop: -13cm @ 80*; or -12 @ 79*
Pad Height: 66.7cm (measured from BB to center of pads)
My current setup includes 172.5mm cranks, a Zipp 145SL 100mm stem and Zipp Vuka Aerobars. My ground-to-pad measurement is 93.5cm - 26.5 cm bottom bracket height = 67cm pad height. Currently I have tried moving the saddle setback -4 to -5 cm behind the bottom bracket. Any closer forward and I feel like I am going over the bars as well as putting stress on my neck and shoulders (i.e. cramped). I feel like I want to move forward and stretch out a little more?
So in order to replicate my fit session coordinates do I need to go with a longer stem and move the bars forward allowing me to slide the saddle a little more forward to get to the -2cm saddle setback?
