maybe I’m a hooligan at heart but I love these kind of things. All I can say to the IOC is lighten up. When I go to ball games, its fun when streakers appear or people start throwing “oh henry” wrappers onto the outfield. Let the fans get more involved! 
Then again I also agree that the athletes need to be protected from Tanya Hardings…
