Kirstie Kniaziew Wins CDA!!! Keep your eyes on her, she is the next Lori, Lisa, Melissa…!
congrats to Kristie, but I think that Samantha McGlone at only 25 is in a slightly different league from Kristie. She is the next “one” from Canada. At Muskoka she just swam-bike and rode away from the field like she has at Ralphs and Wildflower. You’ll see some serious results from her in the future at the Ironman distance…and don’t forget about Natasha Filliol at Ironman Florda last year. Very impressive !

Bang on Dev!
".and don’t forget about Natasha Filliol at Ironman Florda last year. Very impressive ! "
Watch for Natasha in Kona this Oct. Florida was a little too chilly for her…
Joel
You know her? you know what kind of training she does?
Yes but is she still Canadian?
"Yes but is she still Canadian? "
As opposed to? Yes Natasha is a Canuck
Joel
apologies - got it mixed up thought it was Natasha who changed nationalites!@ My Bad, apologies again!
LOL’d at that one. Jonny seems pretty happy w/ his recent result.
Jonny did very well at the NB race in Vic - I was very happy to see him race like we know he can. He’s gone over to Penticton for a stint now after volunteering at IMCDA. Looking good for IMC!

Joel,
NO MERCY with Jordan the next weeks. That boy needs a good ass-whooping!
It’ll be good for Tom to make sure he doesn’t go out all the time. We(the wife) were really happy to see him with that result. Are you going to IMC to watch him? We are going to watch him race then hang out with him the week after. If you’ll be there we should grab a beer or something.
Im with smartass on that one!! I hear Jordan likes getting his ass kicked …hehe!
I will be at IMC supporting Jonny and Christine Fletcher - I will have to wear my peaceful tribe shirt for the slowtwitch crowd. It’d be great to meet there dude.
Joel
Well I took him from the airport right into an open water swim with Simon, Greg Bennet, Laura Reback, Terrenzo Bozzone, Brent Mcmahon, etc, etc. Right into the fire!
Joel
PS when is the Portuguese crew coming to BC?
The portuguese crew needs to seriously think about that! :-)))
Congrats to Kirstie. She may seem like a newcomer to some, but she has actually been around for a number of years. She was our first real standout junior triathlete in Canada back in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
