Can I rent a decent bike in San Diego for a few days?

Going out to see my sister for a week in early April. No way I am gonna pack up my bike and pay for bringing it, but wouldnt mind riding for a day or two. If I bring shoes/clothes/helmet, can I rent a decent road bike somewhere for a few days at a reasonable price?

She is right in Pacific Beach, but I will have a car at my disposal.

Go up to B&L in Encinitas, they’ll rent you a soloist for however long you want.

try Nytro - they have pretty good ones.

Nytro rents out Cervelo Soloist teams (the aluminum version) - pretty nice. Just bring pedals/helmet.

im pretty sure you mean Nytro as B&L does not sell Cervelo. Nytro will hook you up with a P1 or an S1. Ask for Ben.

oops yup you’re right… I meant nytro. and ben is actually the guy who rented me the soloist when I was there…good guy & service.
