Can I put all of my outlook data on a flash drive and plug it into any of my computers and have outlook on that computer access the outlook data on the flash drive. Another words, is there an easy way to snyc my outlook data? I use my blackberry now for this purpose.

There is lots of software out there to do what you want. But you will be paying for it.

it is possible to do it on your own but it would take quite a bit of configuring each time you want to reconnect the PST file.
Outlook is a funny program. I still haven’t quite figured it out.
