Sure, why not? In fact, for example, Juhanson Ainalar was crowend IM Champion at New Zealand with no swim, a shortened bike, and a shortened run in 2006. I’d say go for it if that is something you want to do.

Since Ironman is a brand just like Coke i don´t see why you couldn´t get a tatoo if you like the M-dot. I think you should get the M all over your chest and then tatoo your face red, make sure that you post some pic´s here on ST!
