Fellas Ive hit rock bottom… At Chattanooga waterfront tri I was almost dead last in my clydesdale division in the swim to come back on bike and run to place fourth in the end. Im getting killed in the swim.In a 1500 meter swim Im being beat by ten minutes by my competition! took me 35 minutes…
Ive been to Total Immersion but im a real slow learner and didnt catch on with the group deal… I probally need to have my stroke videotaped so I can see what im doing…
