What Campy group is on the same level as Ultegra?
Probably Centaur… I have it on one of my bikes - it’s a fine group, shifts smooth, etc.
Generally it goes like this
Record = no equal
Chorus = Dura-Ace
Centaur = Ultegra
Veloce = 105

Probably put the shimano have a click higher though… (ie Campy is slightly better at each level…)
