Thoughts on choosing between these two wheelsets. I am looking at a new set for training and racing. I am 6’1" 190 lbs. Thanks
I’m not sure that anyone makes a better hub than Campy. My Centaur hubs on my training wheels spin more smoothly than the Am Classics I have on my race wheels.
I also like the Ksyriums - they are very solid and I have not had to true them in the three years I have had them. I an 6’0, 180. Mavic hubs are excellent as well.
Dont even hesitate…Campy…but, why the Eurus?
The seemed to be deep enough for a few tris every year and at a resaonable price. Do you have other suggestions? I do not know much about Campy wheels. I would be puting them on a Soloist with DA10.
I really really really like my Neutrons…bladed spokes - radial front, radial non drive 1x drive side, and much lighter than the Eurus for less $$
.
For that matter, why Campy wheels at all? Hey, I’m a Campy guy, so don’t shoot me.
How about Rolf Prima Vigors? Excellent wheels, light, have a deeper rim than the Campys, fewer spokes. They’ve stayed very true.
I can’t say enough good things about Campy Eurus wheels.
I socked a chuck hole solid the other day at exactly 31.5 M.P.H. and the wheel took the full brunt of the hit. It knocked my computer magnetic and sensor lose and I nearly crashed but my wheel did not go out of true. Amazing.

R10C… why aren’t you riding Boras??
