Campy has definitely taken their time for introduction of E-record (my term for electronic shifting). 5 years or so if I remember correctly. Not completely sure why but hopefully it will be more reliable than their ergo computer. Electronics are definitely not their core competency.
You can count me as a VERY late adopter on this.
I just bought one of those Time frames: have had it for on the road for only two months now, - the only bike that I’ve ridden that like more than my DeRosa. Besides looking like Shimano, - I’d be a little wary of trying these new shifters as a first adopter as well…
