How much do you eat? How many calories do you consume a day… Also, what is your training load?
Some days I eat 1500. Some days I eat 5000. Depends on what I’ve got going on.
I get lightheaded if i eat less than 6000. I usually just eat until i cant eat anymore then wait until i can eat more and i do the same.
Since June 20th (when I started tracking) I have:
Eaten: 2236 calories a day
Burned: 913 calories a day
Net calories: 1323
During that timespan I have lost 16 pounds. I have seen my triathlon 5K run times go from 23:37 (June 11th) to 19:53 (last Saturday).
Depends on the day and where one is in training/racing. Myself, ~1700-6000+
During base miles and winter months I will log and watch/cut calories. Once the racing season begins, I eat what is comfortable do not watch the calories as closely -never trying for a deficit- and letting the more intense training and racing fine tune the body.
