I’ve been put in charge of organizing a last minute (I’ve got a week and a half left to get everything done) a hurricane relief 2-mile run/walk and kids run. I’ve got the course nailed down, and at the moment, I’m not having problems recruiting volunteers, but things aren’t nailed down yet. I’m still fighting to get the word out, and I don’t have any prizes/awards or handouts.
The descion has been made, that since this is a fundraiser and we are trying to send as much money as possible to the Red Cross, awards will be minimal (first three over all mens and womens), but I also need something for all of the kids run participants.
Right now I honestly have no idea how many people will show up.
Does anyone out there have anything they would be willing to donate towards the fundraiser? (I’m thinking handouts, custom t’s, water bottles, ect…)
