To Bill and the staff of Mission Bay Multisport and all others who had the misfortune of reading my previous mean-spirited rant: All I can do now is apologize publicly, humbly and sincerely. Believe me, if there was an ‘un-post’ button available, I would have clicked it the second after I hit ‘send’. I’m still not quite sure what set me off on that tangent, but it was inexcusable - that’s just not the typical me. As I told Dan offline, I don’t like to piss people off unduly and yet there I was…hammering out an unprovoked and inappropriate verbal assault and posting it for the world to see. Yes, a negative customer service experience was had - it happens all the time, and this one was no reason to get my panties in a bunch and go off like some immature jerk. For the record, my wife had no idea about any of that until I asked her to check out the thread and help me to verify that I was indeed WAY out of line. If you happen to know her, cut her some slack…any busting of balls is due only to me - just know that you can’t possibly make me feel any worse. This is being posted sincerely, and not as some weak attempt to curry favor or gloss over my error in judgement. I certainly hope that venemous posting doesn’t in any way affect Mission Bay’s business - I doubt that it will based on the number of glowing testimonials I’ve read.

Hey now…dissin’ my ride? Now that’s just COLD. Supposed to get up to the 50’s around here this weekend - I might just get my bike out of the basement and hook up with the boys for the County ML loop on Sunday. Enjoy the nice weather out there!
