Anyone planning on doing the Ohio Triple T that is looking for one of the heavily-sought-after cabins, I have one reserved, but have decided to do the California Triple T instead, so I’ll be calling them on Friday to cancel my reservation.
Now, I don’t know if they have a waiting list, but I’ll post on Friday morning at least an hour in advance and let you guys all know what time I’ll be calling to cancel so you can all fight it out to scoop up that cabin. I don’t really know of any other fair way to do it short of taking bids 
Jay - I don’t think it will take long for that to go! Let us know with your excellent race reports how the CA version is compared with the OH one. If even close, I will definitely make the pilgrimage out eventually.
Thanks Rod. Yeah, the good folks at HFP were kind enough to move my entry to the Calif. event. I want to come back to the Ohio one again in the future for sure, but wanted to see how this one compares. Fits in better with the “life schedule” too.
I already have one cabin reserved, but I think I have about 12 people in our contingent. Is the cabin still available?
I’ll be calling to cancel it on Friday. Probably around noon Pacific/3pm Eastern time. I’m guessing whoever calls in first is going to scoop that up. I’ll post on Friday a bit before I call them.

Okay, I’m calling at 12:10am Pacific Time/3:10 Eastern to cancel my cabin. Get your dialing fingers ready!
I know Andrew. I’ll miss your big sunglasses! The wife wasn’t pleased about me going away for Memorial Day weekend again leaving her with the two little ones (1 and 5 years old). She didn’t want to come with as she knew I’d be either sleeping or racing the entire weekend. So, this year, she’s going to a field hockey tournament and I’LL be the one home with the kids. Bummer is, that’s main build time for IMCDA, so I’ll have to cram in workouts before and after that weekend.
Not sure who got the cabin, but I just canceled. Wish I was independently wealthy and could afford to do BOTH Triple T’s. Good luck in Ohio everyone. I’ll report on the Calif. TTT after the race in Sept.!
