C/Dale SI cranks with English BB?

Can you use Cannondale SI cranks (i.e. a C/dale SI SRM) with an English or Italian BB frame?

Cannondale SI cranks are BB30 compatible only, however there are some guys who have made some sort of do it yourself BB spacer/adaptor kit over on the weight weenies forum. Do a search there. Increases q-factor a little but they seem happy with it.

I have a couple of the kits. They work wonderfully. I am actually selling one if anyone is interested.
