I am recovering from an intense burn out, but experiencing knee pain inflamation due to diminished cortisol output and fatigued adrenals. Anyone know of any supplements to rebuild the knee joint damaged by inflamation?

I have no personal experience with this, nor do I have any science to back it up (I know, prepare to be flamed, right?), but I’ve heard really good things about glucosamine HCl and chondroitin.
I don’t know if that fixes inflammation, but I’ve heard (you know, rumor, scuttlebutt, whatever) that it helps to rehabilitate soft tissue.

Hey man I no what your going through I am taking a 2 week break because my lower back is all jack up and I never let it rest. Try taking so glocousamine I don’t think thats how you spell it but I would give it a try if I were you.
