LE in most California counties will find a procedural way to gum up applications for years. Nothing will change. For instance, L.A. County hasn’t issued a CCW to a non-bonded private citizen since the Reagan administration. I do find it amusing that this ruling came from THE most left-leaning circuit court in the land

I was just trying to figure out if Mr. Winkle was a reincarnation of an earlier poster when I stumbled upon these gems. And yes, it’s hard to believe that anyone could go from one extreme to the other in a relatively short period of time.
