Disgusting. I worry about what I would do to such scum if such a thing were to happen to my boy who is on the autism spectrum.
i’m about to become a step-dad to a really sweet 10 y/o girl, i’ve thought the same thing about what, no, how, i would deal with individuals like this if they touch her. or really any member of my family or friends.
it’s harder to convict if there are no bodies. i always thought the everglades would be a great place to dispose of scum like this. after perhaps an unfortunate accident that is.

a serious beat down. some people seem to think that aggravated assault will put you in with the gladiators in county and that is where they’d go, county, not even a minimum security prison at least down here in Houston) and albeit there is a murderer’s section aka gladiator level on the inside it is only for holding purposes, not to serve years of sentencing. you aren’t gonna get ass raped where those punks would be serving times so a few broken legs by way of aluminum bat would work fine imo.

This is not a case of a bunch of kids going after another kid. This is 4 adults going after a kid. I’m pretty sure you can’t go after the parents after the kids are no longer minors.
Frankly I can’t even imagine what must go thru someones head to even entertain such an idea. Going thru with it is a level that deserves level of punishment that our current legal system just will not give out.
Here in my neck of the woods there is currently a trial for a dad who had his 7 year old son tattoo’d with their gang insignia. The kid is going through laser removal process. While you are debating punishments, go ahead and award one for this fine gentleman.
