Broken Zipp Vuka Break Lever?

My Zipp Vuka Break Lever for the Bull Base Bar is spinning. Have i stripped the break (clasp) that tightens it down on the carbon break lever? Or did i strip something inside the bar. Or is it none of the above haha. Thanks.

There is an expander on the end of the brake lever that is more than likely loose. You may have to remove the cable to adjust it. If you remove the wheel, or loosen the brake cable, you can probably pull the lever far enough to see the bolt inside the lever. Put the lever where you want it and tighten it down (clockwise). If you can’t get hex wrench in there, you will have to remove the cable.

This is something it would be possible to strip while installing, not likely, but possible, so if you are unsure of what you are doing I would take it to a shop, preferably one who is used to working on aero bikes. You basically just want the wedge tight enough to not slip, not much tighter.

Of course diagnosing something like this over the internet is virtually impossible, but this is the most likely scenario.

I dont know the answer but I have heard nothing but problems with these levers.
