Not trying to rehash the discussions about efficacy, but found about 10 or so of these in a drawer last night. I must have picked them up at a race. I don’t use them, so if you want them, send me your address and I’ll pass them along to you.

I agree…they work for me very well on the bike, and they help me sleep to. I have a slight sleep apnea(sp?) and it makes sleep restless at times, but when I wear a Breatheright to bed, I sleep like a baby, and my snoring doesn’t keep the GF up either.
But I’ve got a big nose, and, from a “style” perspective, won’t do anything that may draw more attention to it.
Those things do work. They’re so good at clearing up clogged pores on my nose.

yes, they work well in reducing snoring and possibly mild sleep apnea.
but if you’re saying that they work in improving athletic performance, uh, no.
