Yesterday night, the wind pushed the clouds and the rain away, so today was a nice and sunny day, and getting warmer. Latest report gave a 78f sunny day on sunday for race day.
Nice 30 minute swim this morning. Wetsuit was limit too warm…throw in some race pace, and don´t forget the vaseline on the neck sunday…not like today…
Easy ride this afternoon, 1h+ with 3x5 minute race pace.
Will likely not spend too much time on the bike before the race as the traffic is quite bad and the drivers not exactly the best in the world.
That will be a fun race if the weather stays like it is.
Ken Glah confirmed that drinks will be given in proper bike bottles…he was quite upset that someone started this rumor actually. Specially considering they are making a lot of effort to improve the race from what race to the next.
