I know a lot of you guys hate winter, but for those of you who like it…I’ve already got in a day. Today I classic skied at Dutchman Flat across the street from Mt. Bachelor. Early snow is not unknown here but September 18 skiing is a PR for me. It is still technically summer. It was snowing hard when I left so I guess tomorrow will be Day 2. Here in the NW we have year round glacier skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Hood but to get freshies this early is bonus. Any of you guys race the Ski Marathon series?
Does that mean spring comes earlier for you? I’m already looking forward to spring '05!
