Beating Froome in the time trial by 35 seconds in a 41k TT doesn’t “end the conversation”. Froome has shown on multiple occassions already he’s a superior climber than Wiggins. If he was allowed to, he could have easily opened up a gap of greater than 35 seconds on Wiggins yesterday. Possibly two or more minutes. So losing in a TT by half a minute (which was the second fastest time of the day by the way) doesn’t say anything to prove your point. Froome destroyed the entire chase group by himself yesterday. He was the reason Cadel popped. He was the reason Wiggins was able to stay with the group. When he attacked and Pinot and Nibali chased and left Wiggins (read: weakest climber in the group) he sat up to let Wiggins back on.
Open your eyes and be willing to accept the idea that the man in yellow is not the strongest rider in the peleton. I will gladly be quiet now since I obviously upset the Wiggins fan club. You can go back to trying to have me banned from the forum for voicing my opinion. Internet forums have no room for personal opinions anyways.
