Boulder for the Day

What should I do after I ride? T-racer will be in a seminar all day, so I’ll probably hit up some of the tri and bike shops. Anything else I can do to waste the day away?

Finish the ride at Amante Coffee in North Boulder then head down to Pearl Street. Always makes a good day.

Yeah, we (and Paulo) went to Amante after 5430LC last year…good coffee. Pearl St is sort of a given. Just thought there might be something else only the residents of the Republic would know about ; )

Go to Mountain Sun on Pearl (East of the walking mall on the North side of the street) get a burger and a couple XXX Pale Ales or FYIPA.

Pizza at The Sink.

2nd the mountain sun recommendation.

amante is good but so is folsom street coffee (canyon and folsom) near campus.

hmmmm a boulder gem… flagstaff… but if it’s clear you’ll want t with you. Awesome views of the divide.

if you’ve got clear roads do the quad canyon ride… flagstaff to the mailboxes… four mile to the dirt… poorman cut over to sunshine… sunshine to the dirt. Lee hill all the way to lefthand… lefthand down to old stage… up the backside of old stage and back into town.

have fun.

Come say hi at Colorado Multisport, 27th and Spruce (across from Boulder Running Company).

I think Boulder Dushanbe Tea House is kind of cool, on 13th st. not far from Pearl. The whole damn building was disassembled in Kazhakstan and brought here then put back together. It’s very intricately designed and beautiful.

It was actually Tajikistan, but I agree, very beautiful and a cool part of what is unique in Boulder!

Geoff, you are right…wrong “stan” oops!

Geoff - will definitely try to come by and say hi this afternoon.

what I want to know is how Geoff knows that much about one little cafe
